My American Goods®

At My American Goods®, we partner with trusted U.S.-based artisans, makers, and small businesses to bring you authentic American-made products. We operate a hybrid fulfillment model: some items ship from our My American Goods® fulfillment center, while others ship directly from the maker. Because of this, shipping timelines, packaging, and rates may vary by product.

By placing an order with My American Goods®, you agree to the terms of this policy.

🏭 Our Fulfillment Model

My American Goods® operates an in-house fulfillment center in North Reading, Massachusetts where select best-selling items are stocked and shipped directly by our team.

Other items ship directly from the independent makers we partner with to preserve small-batch production and authenticity.

Because of this hybrid model:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages

  • Items may ship from different locations

  • Processing and transit times may vary by item

Product pages clearly indicate shipping details whenever applicable.

🕒 Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Time
After processing, most packages arrive within 5–12 business days. Handmade, made-to-order, or specialty items may require additional time.

All shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

An order is considered fulfilled once it has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Because products may ship either from our fulfillment center or directly from makers:

  • Shipping rates may vary by item or vendor

  • Free-shipping thresholds may apply only to specific products or brands

  • If your cart includes items from multiple shipping origins, separate shipping charges may apply

Shipping information is displayed on each product page under the Shipping & Returns section.

My American Goods® currently ships within the United States only.

📦 Multiple Shipments

Orders containing items from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number and delivery schedule.

🔍 Tracking Information

Once an item ships, you will receive tracking details by email.

If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days, contact us at contact@myamericangoods.mom.

📭 Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, it is considered fulfilled by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Looking for parcel locker keys or delivery notices
  • Checking around your property or common delivery areas

In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before final drop-off. Please allow 24–48 hours for the package to appear.

If the package is still missing, we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

🔍 Carrier Investigations & Claims

If your package cannot be located, a claim or investigation must be initiated with the shipping carrier.

Shipping carriers may use GPS delivery scans and internal tracking to determine the delivery location.

Please note:

  • Carriers require a waiting period (typically 15 days from shipment) before formal insurance claims can be filed
  • Claims are subject to carrier review and approval

My American Goods® will assist in the process, but final determinations are made by the shipping carrier.

🚫 Carrier Delays

Shipping carriers operate independently. Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, regional carriers, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control and do not qualify for shipping refunds or cancellations.

📦 Lost in Transit

If a carrier confirms that a package is lost in transit, we will work with you toward a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact contact@myamericangoods.mom within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos of item, packaging, and label

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial.

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move quickly to fulfillment partners and makers. Change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase. After that, orders may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

📫 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

⚖️ Shipping Disputes

My American Goods® reserves the right to dispute shipping-related chargebacks using carrier tracking confirmation and policy documentation.
